Leah Rogalski-Davis received her Master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Cleveland State University.  As a corrections and treatment consultant, she offers substantial experience designing and implementing behavior management programs and treatment packages, as well as technical assistance and coaching to correctional and treatment staff of all levels.  As a clinician, Leah has provided intensive group, individual and family interventions, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral and Social Learning techniques with youth and families as well as sexual offenders.  Leah is a certified trainer in a large variety of group curricula while also training on many other skill areas and interventions.   She currently serves as a Project Manager for Ohio's Targeted RECLAIM project.  Translating research into practice is one of Leah’s main interests and objectives.
